The support team has always impressed me on how quickly they have assisted me with my issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

once setup it takes care of all our backup needs automatically.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The initial startup license can be a bit costly when adding sockets.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your budget allows for it it is a no-brainer and will give you piece of mind knowing that your backups are being down daily.
