What differentiates Arcserve Unified Data Protection from other similar products?

The management console is very easy to use. It took me less than an hour to add offsite replication

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tech support is VERY responsive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Restore operations for SQL database are a bit slow considering network and storage speed

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Shop around. This is an advanced product. For the type of business we operate it's a perfect match but it may be a bit expensive for a smaller business.

Fast backup, compressed backup

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

IVM, it would be nice to restore linux without the UDM and from a usb drive

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not being able to restore linux BMR from a usb drive. Need to be connect to the UDM

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Test drive on all node.
