What differentiates Arcserve Unified Data Protection from other similar products?

ArcServe is easy to implement and administrate. It is also reliable and has the ability to backup to various targets. Every time I have had to deal with support, they have been responsive and helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reliability. I know I can trust that it will do the job.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Navigating the various licenses online could be a bit easier.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be sure to spec out what you need backed up before engaging vendors with backup and recovery. I found the ArcServe salespeople easy to communicate with and engage with. Ask them lots of questions to get a clear picture of all their solutions before deciding on what is right for you.
