Non hyper v host solution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need to backup hyperv host, look elsewhere.

What differentiates Arcserve Unified Data Protection from other similar products?

ShadowProtect always works and has saved me hours of work several times. Using regular incremental backups on developer workstations has proved to be very efficient and useful

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The regular incremental backups and being able to mount any of those backup images as a drive to use file explorer to find specific files or folders.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'd like to see the ImageManager integrated with the ShadowProtect software and not have to install and configure each individually on a workstation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the regular incremental feature and install and configure ImageManager. ImageManager will help maintain your incremental backups and prevent your backups from wasting space.
