What differentiates ALICE Receptionist from other similar products?
The user interface is considerably friendly

The user interface as well as well and the management interface
What do you dislike most about this product?
After a potential flag on the no-fly list or consolidated screening list-it doesn't not lock out the module allowing the individual to retype his name in a different spelling, allowing the user to get access to the facility. Even though the user was not actually on a no-fly list, it demonstrates a crucial flaw in the system. Furthermore, the ID scanner is an additional ad on feature not part of a package with enhanced security. In addition, the system is not intelligent enough to use as a full on replacement receptionist and we still need coverage due to all the limitations. Overall, we're paying for so many features we don't use as well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's considerably overpriced for what it offers, it's better to just use a real human instead
