What do you dislike most about this product?

If you don’t have a premium plan and you wish to synchronize data between 2 databases, there’s a button that synchs the data. It’s really difficult to search for that button. I’m finding out all the time. And with the latest changes on the UI, I’m searching even a lot every time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I like how easy it’s to make data tables that are fully customizable in how I use the data. I can manipulate things however I want to to get the top result I need. Airtable can handle most of the work with data manipulation once I am developing web apps.

This app stands out from the crowd because of how user-friendly and straightforward its cloud collaboration service is. Their web-based software makes remote teamwork much simpler.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Almost everything is customizable, giving us the freedom to organize our work in the way that works best for us. And by automating, we can streamline our task management and work more efficiently with other tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because it took us so long to put the more advanced features like calculated fields and general automation to practical use, we didn't get the full value on day one. But once we started investigating these things, we kept finding more and more value in employing them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this tool because the templates feature is so helpful when we get assignments from other departments in the company. We don't have to juggle multiple tools or processes for task management because all we need to do is fill in a few blanks and the tool will generate and assign the appropriate tasks.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

Airtable performs a wonderful job of simplifying the core features of an Excel worksheet, such as sorting, updating, and switching views, so that information can be instantly accessed by all users. To keep tabs on when Grants are due and how far along they are, my company uses this tool. We can quickly arrange the list by deadline, mark items as "in progress," "submitted," or "granted," and view the results.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We enjoy that Airtable provides us with premade template data to speed up the launch of our business activities. Initial usage examples include "Investor Deal Flow" and "Investor Portfolio Companies." Using Airtable, we were able to get our operations up and running with minimal outside assistance. As our requirements change, we can adapt the starting points.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Setting up an efficient Airtable can need some time, which can add extra work to the operations we're seeking to streamline. But if you put in the effort to properly set it up, you won't have any problems. I do wish it were simpler to create connections to external apps.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Managing our workflow has traditionally been a time-consuming and laborious task, but with Airtable, we've been able to automate and streamline the process. Its spreadsheet-like interface has made it easy to use for my coworkers and has facilitated rapid adoption.
