What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

It reduced some of the routine work that usually takes time away from actual customer conversations. I spent less time digging through records for context because relevant information was easier to surface when I needed it. It gave me the feeling that the system was helping me stay prepared rather than just acting as a place to log activities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It helps me pick up where I left off. There have been times when I came back to an opportunity after a few days or even weeks, and I didn’t have to spend time trying to remember the details. Having the relevant information readily available made customer interactions feel more natural and helped me stay prepared without extra effort.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One challenge I experienced was that it took a little time to understand how to get the most value from it. At first, I was using only a small portion of its capabilities and was not seeing a huge difference in my day to day work. As I became more familiar with the platform, it became much more useful, but the initial learning period was longer than I expected.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do not rush into a full rollout on day one. From what I have seen, it works better when you let people gradually get used to it in their own workflow instead of forcing a big change all at once. When users slowly build comfort with it, the adoption feels more natural and you don’t end up with resistance or unused features sitting in the background.

What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

The best thing about Agentforce Sales is that it is a low code build platform in which we can easily use prebuilt templates and automation tools. Unlike other similar products which are more focused on only data tracking and reporting, Agentforce Sales enables businesses to design AI-driven workflows such as lead qualification, meeting summaries, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of this product is the pre built templates that we recieve and because of those templates it is easy to understand how we can proceed for new templates

What do you dislike most about this product?

As such there is no drawback of this product

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will highly recommend this product to someone who wants there businesses insights through AI capabilities

The mobile app is not at the same level as the browser version.
