Enhance efficiency by streamlining digital assets

What differentiates Adobe Experience Manager from other similar products?
Our asset value has been remarkably extended with AEM being part of the Adobe ecosystem and having smooth integration capabilities with Adobe Analytics, Campaign, and Creative Cloud. I would also like to mention that whenever we update any asset in the database, all downstream system receives the update on their own, only because AEM Assets supports URL-based distribution of assets.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This would sound funny, but we no longer have to get confused between FINAL_FINAL_v3 or FINAL_FINAL_FINAL_v3 files as AEM’s version-control and duplicate-detection tools help us with the pointing out with latest assets. Besides this, I really appreciate its cloud-native architecture, which significantly offers scalability and availability without having to rely on on-premises architecture.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The template management offered by AEM seems to be rigid sometimes, which ultimately limits the flexibility for growing business needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are already using Adobe Creative Cloud, I would suggest you integrate it with AEM DAM to make asset sharing and collaboration smooth and easy.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Performance Enhancing
- Effective Service
- Respectful

What differentiates Adobe Experience Manager from other similar products?
It provides great integration services and lets us integrate it with other tools with ease. It is different from other tools because it has powerful security protocols for sensitive materials.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is effortless to find large files with its tagging system. I like the bulk upload and download system because it saves me time while running the campaigns. I can also track the assets with the link, so for me, the asset tracking is really useful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its version control is excellent, but sometimes it becomes confusing when most of the members are working at the same time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommended platform, its automated workflow will save you time and reduce manual tasks.

Lift your marketing game with it
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Adobe Experience Manager from other similar products?
It's quite helpful to preview videos, images, and PDFs directly in the platform without even downloading them. We enforce branding guidelines by consolidating all approved creative materials using AEM DAM. Along with this, this platform makes it easier to manage content across multiple brands under our umbrella without any uncertainty.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It’s incredibly useful that I can declare assets directly to websites, email platforms, and social media from within AEM. I like having the potential to link assets to campaigns, so that we always know which visuals were used and when. Maintaining localization of assets for different campaigns has become fast and easy, for sure, because of the presence of structured tagging.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Uploading of large batches of assets slows down the system, and luckily, I found out about this in the very beginning, so now I prevent myself and my team from doing that.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest setting up workflow automation for asset approvals to minimize reversal time and eliminate back-and-forth emails. Also, it is the best tool to handle version control and asset history.
Pros

- Continually Improving Product
- Performance Enhancing
- Unique Features
