What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
It is extremely extremely feature rich. It allows us to use one product/tool to fulfill multiple needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The conversations widget that you can embed to your website is robust and works well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The email editor can struggle when you're trying to draft a long or image rich email. It sometimes starts lagging and the control+z feature bugs out sometimes. But, for the price and the features you get- its very easy to overlook the shortcomings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Follow the spam recommendations and ensure that your email passes the spam test. It is an extremely robust feature that is reliable.

If you work for a company that has a lot of eblasts for different departments, this is the email program fo you. the Automation is brilliant.
