What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
It supports multilingual campaigns, which have been key for our global clients. Our newsletters are more engaged because of the smarter segmentation and design options. It’s so beneficial to have a tool that includes CRM, email, and automation in one place effortlessly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's been very easy to personalize emails at scale based on user behavior and interests. The tagging system helps us stay incredibly organized across different campaigns. Furthermore, I love that we can easily A/B test emails and subject lines without needing another tool. I also appreciate the ability to score and segment clients according to their lifetime value.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One bad thing I have experienced is that I wasn't able to edit emails in automations once they’re live without replicating or stopping them. Besides this, the list of features offered is great and fulfills its part in marketing automation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Want to simplify your communication with leads and clients? ActiveCampaign is a great tool to centralize your outreach. It’s also a perfect choice for teams that want to upgrade their marketing game while keeping a personal touch.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Building email campaigns feels simple and smooth. Automation flows save a lot of time and help keep customer communication consistent. It also gives me peace of mind knowing important follow ups happen automatically.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can get overwhelming with so many features available. Sometimes I have to spend extra time figuring out where a setting is. A cleaner layout would make the experience much better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great choice for small to mid-sized teams that want more structure in their campaigns. It helps scale communication without losing the personal touch. I’d suggest exploring the automation features early to get the most value.
