If you work for a company that has a lot of eblasts for different departments, this is the email program fo you. the Automation is brilliant.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
Their sales process was s active (but not pushy) the other tools I was checking were just left out. They took the time to understand my needs - and then they delivered. and delivered more and more. AC has so many options and capabilities, from lead management to email marketing, to business automation - I know we're just starting to scratch the surface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Automations are the most amazing thing created ever. This plus Zapier to connect all our tools and data is the perfect piece of heaven for customer experience. With AC you can easily control the experience from the first contact on the website to repeated sales. All in one place, All very intuitive. LOVE it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish there were "number" fields for contacts with the ability to run calculations on top of them. (They exist for accounts and deals, of course, but not all fields can be declared a number)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Write down or tell yourself out loud what you're trying to accomplish in each step. In the beginning, I was so excited about automations, I ended up over-complicating some things. Later on, I ran a clean-up session where I was able to shorten processes from 20 to 10 steps or less - leaving fewer places for friction or issues.
