What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
Active Campaign makes my job of creating monthly emails so easy. I love that templates are available and easily customized for my needs. Whenever I have had a question, I have utilized the chat and received professional help quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can keep a clean, active email list as well as lists that are used one time. I can connect with students, parents, and educators and bring them the information in a clean, clear way through email.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My only dislike is me and not you. I need to take more time to learn all that Active Campaign is capable of. I know I could be doing so much more with your product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a try, you'll be pleased!

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
It is extremely extremely feature rich. It allows us to use one product/tool to fulfill multiple needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The conversations widget that you can embed to your website is robust and works well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The email editor can struggle when you're trying to draft a long or image rich email. It sometimes starts lagging and the control+z feature bugs out sometimes. But, for the price and the features you get- its very easy to overlook the shortcomings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Follow the spam recommendations and ensure that your email passes the spam test. It is an extremely robust feature that is reliable.
