What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
It's the same as having extra staff without the requirement for a second desk. We utilize ActiveCampaign in our marketing department. What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our all programs are easily set up thanks to a basic automation system. It has managed our enormous load of customers with ease, thanks to the flexibility to build custom features and applications. The LIVE CHAT feature is fantastic for getting answers promptly, and their empowerment team, which we contact monthly, assists us in using AC to its maximum potential.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We did not have any problem using this platform so, I want to say it is an excellent email marketing platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We run many different programs, and Active Campaign is ideal for what we are doing. Not everybody is a technology expert, and if a software or app is beyond our comprehension, we are unlikely to utilize it. In comparison to others, Active Campaign is quite simple.
