What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
The entire reporting system is complete, and we have real-time data on the campaign's performance. I was also fascinated by the A/B tests. On the other hand, webinars are extremely effective: they are targeted, flexible, and detailed. Support, assistance, and follow-up mailings are also available all the time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In general, we had a good time with ActiveCampaign. Automation is also fantastic, but having someone who understands how to use it effectively, as well as someone who is skilled in copywriting and activation, is ideal. After that, Active Campaign becomes a tool that our company cannot live without. The goal was to be able to relaunch projects, confirm accounts, retarget, and even retain customers. It did everything perfectly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The email editor is still fairly clumsy to use, which is something I dislike most about this software but It's not too bad with little effort they can easily improve it. Despite its technological merits, its tool is overpriced. I'll have to pay more if I want to use all of its capabilities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Instead of a flashy user interface, ActiveCampaign is focused on automation. It's a fantastic toolbox, with deep integrations, simple workflow and journey builders, and simple data management. You can run a multimillion-dollar marketing campaign with ActiveCampaign. I would recommend ActiveCampaign to any company, regardless of size.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
The support team. AC has all of the necessary features one would find on any other Email Marketing SaaS - however their client services team goes above and beyond to ensure that implementation, campaign organization, segmentation strategies, lead automations, and on going training are tip top and efficient.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Lead automation maps!
What do you dislike most about this product?
No parent/child relationship for the franchise business model.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for intense support to continue after your initial onboarding, then AC is the way to go. They hosted webinars, office hours, and 1:1s with countless members of our franchise system to make sure that even the the person with the least email marketing acumen was set up for success.

Setting up and optimising campaigns is quite effort involved. Could be easier.
