What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
ActiveCampaign is reliable and affordable software with quality features. This is a masterpiece for companies on a lower budget! You can enjoy features just like any top-quality and highly expensive platforms at such a reasonable pricing plan here. You can use it to its maximum capacity and get benefits by paying very less. This will help you to make progress in a short period of time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Apart from being extremely reliable, and affordable. ActiveCampaign comes with much more benefits. You can do marketing automation to its maximum capacity, the best feature in my opinion is its A/B split testing, on-point analytics, and reporting, a perfect module of integration and the best feature is its futuristic approach.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reporting feature is a bit messy I would say, it needs lots of improvement. Many users reported that the app version is a bit slower and glitch as compared to the desktop version. This is the only complaint we have heard so far and I think when you are receiving so many benefits you can ignore a few things. Apart from this one, it is a masterpiece.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A very wise choice if you are a small business owner because this one here is designed to suit and cater your needs.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
It simplifies everything when it comes to email marketing, saves time and energy for our entire staff as we funnel new customers and gather useful information to feed our CRM. We have been able to leverage every feature and automation this tool provides to optimize our email marketing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ActiveCampaign is very intuitive and easy to use, I have greatly enjoyed its features to make email marketing as effective as possible. Running email marketing campaigns is very easy now, through it we have been able to channel customers and establish good business relationships. It simplifies all the work involved in efficient marketing for us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish it had more variety of templates and more freedom to customize the software, but it works great.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a pretty comprehensive tool when it comes to doing email marketing, its interface is pretty intuitive and its handling is pretty simple, I recommend it.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
Unlike most email marketing software, this tool is a little intimidating until you become familiar with the system. When you need help, you can easily access it by chat, phone, email, video, and so on. Customer service teaches you how to succeed in email marketing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Many functionalities are available, and I particularly like the option of separating subscribers into several categories. We have used ActiveCampaign to automate email messages to keep existing customers informed and to monitor how many of our emails got opened. ActiveCampaign is a fantastic solution with enough capabilities to meet most of our Basic-to-Medium requirements. I find the software easy to use and reasonably priced.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't particularly appreciate how a more significant number of our subscribers see our emails in their Promotional Inbox. Also, the email templates are relatively simple unless you buy the plus plan. The learning curve was steep in figuring out the automation features and creating unique automation that suited our particular needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
No matter your needs, this is the best email service out there. There are multiple applications for this product. It is scalable to accommodate the expansion of your company. I can automate many little back-end tasks I used to do by hand. It's mind-blowing, and I'd suggest it to anybody just starting a business.
