The segmention resources is awesome and easy to use.

The landing page and squeeze page builders are a bit complicated to understand.

I love ActiveCampaign as email marketing software.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
I’ve researched and tried variety of email marketing platforms, and that i selected ActiveCampaign because of its accessibility and quality. ActiveCampaign offers all the options i need to change my customer expertise and send regular marketing emails to my followers. I appreciate the simplicity of the e-mail templates and have had good results with deliverability.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the client service, as help is simply accesible with the live chat feature. Those in support answer quickly and effectively, and assist me in solving any issue i could return across. I like their campaign mode as you’ll do a lot during this mode and engage your clients. You’ll build workflows as per your needs and building workflows is incredibly easy. I simply took a 2-hour course within the ActiveCampaign Courses Library and i was sensible to go with building campaigns and workflows.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike how some aspects of the software system are a little disjointed. For example, once I edit a form I wish I could edit it within the same space. I also wish there was some way to favorite automation, so I don’t get to click through pages to search out the automation I consult the most.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure the software system you’ll be using in your company is compatible and that you wish the flow and UX of the active campaign over alternative solutions. Overall active campaign is super strong and designed to form straightforward to terribly advanced automation moreover as sales follow-up templates for your business. As a user for over three years, I extremely advocate for them!
