What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
Amazing, right? Our primary motivation for choosing AC over competing email marketing software was access to its more sophisticated capabilities, which we are just now beginning to exploit.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really appreciate how much is included in the active campaign for how little it costs. Competition is expensive and limited in scope. There weren't enough lessons when I bought it a year ago to address all my issues, and getting a response from tech support can take a few days.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One potential negative is that the user interface may seem complicated or intimidating to someone who is unfamiliar with automations or a customer relationship management system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Since ActiveCampaign's pipeline monitoring is compatible with our sales funnel, we can easily integrate video content into our email newsletters and promotions. Migrating from our previous CRM was a breeze, and mass editing of contacts has been a breeze as well.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
The drag and drop feature is always great. Should I need to go in an fix any HTML issues, that is always available to me. If you need any additional resources or how-to guides, this is easily available as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Building the segmented lists is easy to do and makes so much sense when applying tags to contacts. Its easy to go in and updated or switch directions when building the triggered campaigns as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is not much to dislike about this program. It does take time to build the automated responses but I think that has to do with the content that is made available by the team. Like most programs the testing can become cumbersome but over time you get the hang of it and becomes super easy. I would also be nice to have library to that can keep all over your images and or landing pages. I have seen that feature yet.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend utilizing Active Campaign University. Its easy to follow videos and tutorials and helps get you familiar with the platform as a whole. It can even take you a step further in just what your doing now but can add to your skillset and teach additional tools that you weren't aware of.
