I like it because thanks to its tag and rating system, we can segment our contact list efficiently. This allows us to send personalized and relevant messages to each specific segment, increasing the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. It stands out for its ability to create complex workflows and automate repetitive tasks

The basic plan has a contact limit, which can be an inconvenience if we have a large database. However, we can upgrade to higher plans depending on our needs and budget.
