- Schedule a roadmapping workshop.
- Distribute these templates to infrastructure team members to be populated with information relevant to their domain(s) of responsibility:
- Legacy technology watch-list
- Emerging technology radar
- Current and target state
- Risks and dependencies
- Actions required (multi-year roadmap)
- Consolidate the templates into a “Master Roadmap” in the Infrastructure Roadmap Workbook.
