Peer mentoring is an employee development method that allows learners to:
- Share experiences.
- Solve emerging problems.
- Share their expertise with others who are at a similar developmental level.
It is ideally used in conjunction with more formal development content delivery to help reinforce and reflect on the application of the skills being learned.
