Long-Form RFP Template

Author(s): Steve Jeffery

A long form or major RFP is an excellent tool for more complex and complicated requirements. This example is for a baseline RFP. It starts with best-in-class RFP terms and conditions that are essential to maintaining your control throughout the RFP process. The specific requirements for the business, functional, technical, and pricing areas should be included in the exhibits at the end of the template. That makes it easier to tailor the RFP for each deal, since you and your team can quickly identify specific areas that need modification. And being grouped together, the exhibits are convenient for both your team to review and the vendors to respond.
