Multimedia Developer
The Multimedia Developer's role is to provide media development services for projects, products, and applications across the enterprise. This includes designing, building, and implementing new multimedia pages, graphics, and CD-ROMs; integrating these with back end applications and company Web sites/intranet; and performing day-to-day administration of the organization's multimedia portfolio. The Web Architect is also responsible for ascertaining system volume and analyzing traffic patterns. This individual is sometimes responsible for creating original Web site content. The e-Learning Specialist's role is to deliver training to end users via Web-based educational models and corresponding software tools. This individual is responsible for developing strategies and technologies that leverage digital media to instruct and educate staff across the organization. The e-Learning Specialist will also participate in the design, construction, and implementation of corporate intranets, e-learning applications, and courseware that support business objectives.Content Manager
The Content Manager's role is to coordinate the planning, maintenance, and accessibility of company owned and generated content and content-related services. This includes ensuring that the layout, positioning, navigation, and look and feel of content are consistent across and throughout the organization. The Content Manager is also responsible for creating some original content. Understanding of Web development languages and publishing tools is required.VP of IT
Reporting directly to the CEO/President, the VP of IT's role is to plan, coordinate, direct, and design all operational activities of the IT department, as well as provide direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. This individual will collaborate directly with the executive management team and decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. In addition, the VP of IT's primary goals are to develop and manage application portfolios for each department and to attain all IT service level agreements for the user community within the organization. This role also helps to provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives across all areas of the organization.
