Dress Code Policy

The dress code policy defines appropriate and inappropriate work attire for employees. Employees’ work attire is a direct reflection on a company and appropriate dress is extremely important, especially when dealing with any current or prospective customers. The dress code policy will provide a standard for what attire can be worn by employees in the work environment.

Risks addressed by this policy:

  • Loss of business due to inappropriate attire
  • Employees take offense to inappropriate attire
