Pooja Khandelwal is a senior research analyst in the Data & Applications practice at Info-Tech Research Group. She turns complex concepts into actionable guidance by creating blueprints and building easy-to-use tools that help IT leaders save time, make strategic decisions, and achieve measurable results. She has also led the development of the Data Research Center and Applications Research Center and published the 2026 Data Priorities Report.
Prior to joining the research team, Pooja helped Info-Tech’s SoftwareReviews division earn $300,000 in revenue by delivering member impact reports, supporting sales through enablement content, and launching campaigns that increased blueprint awareness and reviews across software categories. She brings global experience from Singapore and North America, working with tech startups in AI, chatbots, eCommerce, and more.
Pooja completed the Artificial Intelligence for Business program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University.
