He has run technology teams in many manufacturing businesses in Europe, Asia, and Oceania. While specialising in Manufacturing and Logistics, he also has SME and public sector experience and is an ideal candidate to assist you with your technology journey.
Neville originally trained as an archaeologist, but he also has a post-graduate diploma in Networked Information Engineering and has gained various other certifications over his career, from ITIL through to AI and Exponential IT. He has held management roles at IBM (Consulting); had nine years with BMW in procurement, program management, and Head of IT roles; and then moved to New Zealand, where he spent 16 years in CIO roles at several of New Zealand's most recognised brands.
Neville is passionate about ensuring organisations have the correct level of digital dexterity to ensure they get full value in use for their technology investments so that IT can be seen as a provider of value, not just a cost centre. This passion led him to teach the IT Service Management parts of the AUT MBA for a couple of years. He is also very much a car guy who loves his classics and Formula One.
