About Carlos Sanchez

Carlos Sanchez is a Senior Research Director in the Enterprise Applications practice at Info-Tech Research Group. Carlos has a breadth of knowledge in enterprise applications strategy, planning, and execution.

Carlos has worked in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, biotechnology, hi-tech, injection molding, steel, plastics, and non-for-profit. Prior to joining Info-Tech, Carlos ran his own consultancy helping medium and large organizations improve processes and execute enterprise applications initiatives. Carlos oversaw the selection, implementation, and recovery of a variety of applications including: ERP, manufacturing execution systems, payroll, human resources, accounting, warehouse management, and maintenance.

Carlos holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Business. Carlos is a Professional Engineer, a Certified Project Management Professional, a Certified Scrum Master, and a member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants and the Project Management Institute.
