Benedict Chang is an advisory director in the Infrastructure and Operations practice. His expertise includes IT service management, chatbots and automation, disaster recovery and business continuity, and end-user computing. He advises clients on process improvement and tool selection, and develops best-practice research in these areas. He holds a BScH and MSc from Queen’s University.
