What differentiates Zoho Vault from other similar products?

A password vault can be used by anyone, but not every vault is created equal. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm not sure if there's anything I dislike about Vault, other than the Zoho web interface's tendency to take me to informational pages rather than the browser web portal aesthetics. It could benefit from an upgrade to improve the user's overall experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

An extremely secure password management tool. Even with two-factor authentication enabled, the app is simple to use. Good deal. It's simple to use if you use the browser extension. What do you dislike most about this product?

If you forget the Zoho Vault master password, the authentication process will be complicated. Even if it succeeds, it will delete all of your previously saved passwords, which might be an issue if you don't have a backup. Another point I dislike is that you have to download the extension in order for it to work properly.

It is an excellent product for team password management. It is easy to add or remove employees. Never lose data again because you do not have the password.
