Great Password Management Tool
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Zoho Vault from other similar products?
Zoho Vault is one of the best password management software in the market and its features such as organizing and distributing passwords among our team, its adaptability to requirements and its role-based access controls are some of the features that makes it better and different from other competitors in the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how simple, yet robust Zoho Vault is in its user-friendly and highly safe user interface. I love its features such as two-factor authentication that provides that extra security and its autofill feature that not only allows us to not remember those complex passwords but also detects if there is a change in the URL and lets us know which in turn can prevents us from Phishing attacks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like its reset password function or its recovering data practices. If someone forgets their master password, it doesn't allow to recover in any other way, and you would have to start your account from scratch and wouldn't be able to recover that data.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great password management tool and if you work in a department where there is a lot of sharing of passwords for a singular database, Zoho Vault is best. It's two-factor authentication and customized policies for password are also something that makes it an ideal job.

What differentiates Zoho Vault from other similar products?
I had tried password managers like LastPass and 1Password before, and although they fulfill the basic function, what makes the difference in Zoho Vault is that it is designed for teams and companies. It is not limited to saving passwords; it allows you to define roles and permissions, control who can see what and generate an audit trail to know who accessed certain information. In collaborative environments this makes a big difference because it is not only about storing passwords, but also about managing them in a professional way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In my team we always had the same problem: too many passwords for different tools and nobody remembered which was the latest version or who had changed the password. Since we implemented Zoho Vault, that tension disappeared. We can share accesses securely, without having to send passwords via WhatsApp or emails. Also, the autocomplete option in browsers has made us much more agile, especially when we have to log into multiple platforms during meetings. Honestly, it gives me a sense of security and organization that we didn't have before.
What do you dislike most about this product?
at the beginning the interface was not so intuitive for some teammates. There were a couple of times when someone would tell me I can't find where the password is or I don't know how to share access without showing the password directly. In the end, with some practice and a little internal training we solved it, but I do think it could be friendlier for new users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For me, Zoho Vault went from being an “extra” to becoming an essential tool in the day-to-day life of the team. We no longer waste time looking for passwords or risk security by sharing them in an insecure way. Although at the beginning it took some getting used to, today I feel that it has given us peace of mind, order and more confidence in working together. It is one of those tools that you really notice when it is gone, because it facilitates processes that used to be chaotic.
