What differentiates Zoho Vault from other similar products?
We use Zoho vault to manage our client's passwords to sensitive information and sites. Zoho has an API that we were able to integrate into a password collection system that our client's can submit their credentials, we then get notified that it has been added and set up the organizational structure. When our product analysts need to access the client's account, they do not have access to the password information, but can simply use the SSO to quickly log into the platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to create user level access. I can set user level permissions where my product analysts can access the account, but are unable to get access to the actual username and password which helps us protect from any unwarranted access, and makes it easy to manage when employees leave or move to different positions. In addition, the encryption aspects are very helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The SSO can be a little tricky to set up when the site utilizes a multiple-page login.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We are working with a few thousand accounts that we are managing credentials for, so I would advise that you take some time to plan your organizational strategy. The search functionality is good, but if you are going to use the program to manage a lot of passwords, take some time to determine the best solution for your organization to organize your passwords.

What differentiates Zoho Vault from other similar products?
It works, always up, does not force you to install other Apps. Zoho Vault is like all Zoho products it does what they say it will. Support is a person not a Bot, quick few lines of suggestions of what to do.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Can use it anywhere, phone or laptop. Room for notes, auto log-in to sites. Just does what it should do when it should. What more can you ask.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The tool ribbon should stay at the top when you scroll down. If someone leaves your organisation and you do not have the passphrase you cannot access their secrets. It may have to be that way to be secure.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I use it for key information and as well as passwords. It is my store of sensitive information. If you want to control Passwords rather than have your devices store it you cannot do any better.
