Zoho sign offers a minimalist approach with the design and the features making it also easier for our customers to get the documents signed

It helps us in tracking our documents and in procuring signatures from our customers faster. It keeps track of the e-signatures which is helpful during audit trails

The pricing needs to be made more competitive compared to other tools in the market

A great e-signatures tool which becomes even more useful when using it along with other products from the vendor such as Zoho mail

How well it integrates and how easy it is to understand and use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fields cover the lines even when there isn't text. There are some customizations to the branding I'd like to see changed. It lacks the Lexis Nexus verification which would be a game changer for Zoho
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is well worth using, great substitute for something like DocuSign, IF you don't need the LexisNexus verification.
