The most helpful factor regarding Zoho Recruit is that it offers an excellent deal of flexibility once it involves job postings and recruiting. There are many various ways to use the software, so it is customized to suit the requirements of any business. Additionally, Zoho Recruit is very easy and offers a range of options that build the recruitment method easier and a lot of efficient. Finally, the client support offered by Zoho Recruit is excellent, which is very important when you’re dealing with such a vital process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I value Zoho Recruit because it helps us track candidate behavior throughout the hiring method and keep track of any issues which will arise and forestall a suitable job from being found. Workers are assessed on their ability to effectively manage and communicate with each candidate under their direct care, which is nice for reporting on the growth of every hiring process. It’s customizable, permitting you to document hiring sessions in a variety of ways, annotate crucial data, and even save candidate images.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The least helpful thing about Zoho Recruit is that it can be troublesome to seek out the proper candidates. The drawback of Zoho Recruit is that it is hard to stay track of all the various candidates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I like it. Extremely customizable, can establish your workflows, email templates, job board website integration, VoIP Integration, etc. It will bring in information from the CRM system and I use it through Zoho One, so I get all the other superb options that Zoho offers.

Zoho recruit tend to be slow some times but that could be network issues
