the automation is on point, you can automate reminders for web surveys that you had sent
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can track real time activity with candidates
What do you dislike most about this product?
Mostly buggy, at times you transition candidates to rejected but they dont get notifications, also you cant be logged in into zoho crm and zoho recruit on the same window

its a great recruitment software, allows you to link other job boards and Allows you to post / push your jobs to the platform for broader visibility of the same.

What differentiates Zoho Recruit from other similar products?
It is unlike other applications because it provides users with a plethora of customization possibilities while while being a very easy program to operate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The level of automation provided by Zoho Recruit is comparable to that of services that cost several times as much. They made an effort to learn more about me and meet my specific requirements. The resources they provide in the back office have allowed us to meet with many qualified applicants and conduct many more interviews.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Getting the account certified to go live was difficult at first, but the Zoho staff was able to overcome this obstacle and get my account live within 24 hours.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This application is simple and searchable, thus I recommend it. When you need to contact a top candidate, the email and notes tool is handy, and the ZIA rating tool shows candidate match percentage with ZOHO requirements.
