Zoho Recruit is of great help in our company, with it we were able to upload our job vacancies to different web pages existing in the market such as Naukri.com and Indeed, and thus be able to satisfy the employment needs that arise as the company is needing. It is easy to integrate with other programs since it accepts almost any file upload format, opening up the range of possibilities even more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Among the features I liked the most about Zoho Recruit is its ease of posting jobs, and linking candidates to job and usage analysis directly. On the other hand, it has a very well-managed pipeline structure with which you can efficiently map the recruitment process, in addition to this, the program allows you to customize the candidate forms for each type of job.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is necessary to add comment forms for each interview which makes the process tedious, the support team must improve its response and support capacity a little, in addition to this it is necessary that the program improve its evaluation capabilities so that the qualification can be more successful and need some features that should be included in your system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Recruit's technical support is a bit deficient and its interface is somewhat tedious when it comes to manipulating it, however, how easy it is to directly link candidates and its good mapping structure coupled with the ability to schedule the tasks to be performed within it in almost any format they make it an attractive program and capable of being among the best software of this type.

What differentiates Zoho Recruit from other similar products?

I like the fact the product is cloud based which allows me maximum flexibility to access anywhere and anytime. I also have the app on my phone which allows me to use while out and about. The product has all the features you need and I especially like the CV parsing which was easy to set up and very effective. The technical support was excellent and any questions I had were answered via email very quickly and sorted out my query whenever I had a question.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best feature about Zoho Recruit is the Ease of usage and customisation which can be done across the platform. I pivoted from a different ATS + CRM, the pricing is less than half of what I was actually paying earlier. In every aspect, technology and smoothness are astounding. Really, no complaints of any kind. The Zoho Recruit has deep integration with the Zoho suite of applications. The sync between Zoho Cliq, Zoho Sheets, Zoho Docs, Zoho Spreadsheets is too good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't found anything I don't like , it just does the job and meets the need of everything I need.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There shouldn't be any doubt pertaining to decision making while choosing a recruitment software. Zoho Recruit should be the first and the most preferred choice.

When there is an opening in the organization Zoho recruit helps to create the job opening and website and the best part is that it keeps track of everything. It seamlessly integrates with most products especially LinkedIn Easy to use and very easily customizable

It is easy to set up and easy to customize How it filters applications that don't meet the required capabilities and skills needed The reminders to reach out to candidates at a set time

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not allow us to make our own pipeline for recruitment The function for bulk mail could be better

Zoho recruit is an amazing software that has helped improve our whole process of recruitment from advertising a job opening to the final point of getting the best candidate. It will help you get exactly what you need without having to go through the hustle of it all for the product will do it for you.
