What differentiates Zoho Recruit from other similar products?
The cost for the services offered. Most ATS systems are quite expensive and for a small to medium size business this is a great ATS that helps you stay organized for an affordable cost.This software is easy to implement internally, so you don't have the initial implementation costs to worry about.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho Recruit is perfect for anyone that is looking to streamline their processes, automate interview scheduling and post to job boards. Zoho made our lives easier and it's very easy to onboard new team members, the software is generally quite easy to understand and most things can be customized and tailored to our specific recruitment approach. One of the best features is that Zoho Recruit gives you access to Indeed's CV database, which allows us to quickly scan for new potential candidates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I did not see any features that I did not like. I would suggest maybe making the dashboard more visually appealing. Overall it's easy to get around, but could use some upgrades to the look of the platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a great product. Easy to use, great price, and user friendly. I'd definitely recommend trying this out before going to other ATS software companies.

Using Zoho Recruit is straightforward despite offering lots of features I like the centralized information as it makes management in recruiting easy

I like Zoho Recruit to measure the relationship between employers and candidates, which makes it easy to create reports on the development of each hiring process, as well as being able to evaluate employees in their ability to manage and communicate correctly with each candidate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If there is not a good Internet connection, it makes the effectiveness and normal operation of the platform difficult.

I recommend Zoho Recruit to track candidate behavior by running the hiring process, it allows you to create constant notes of any issues that may arise and impede efficient work.
