What differentiates Zoho Recruit from other similar products?
Zoho Recruit is a complete suite tool ATS, it has most of the features required by an agency or in-house recruiters for managing their candidates and their revenue. It has the ability to post to job boards directly, career pages, mass email features among others, It has pre-built-in templates which can be used to reach out to candidates easily, and the ability to be able to create reusable templates for the business use cases.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to contact/call candidates directly from the ATS has improved my productivity by saving me time wasted on exchanging emails between me and the candidates. The ability to publish jobs directly to different job boards has helped us to streamline our strategy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish there is more details (Email Analytics) provided when using the mass email features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Recruit is a complete suite of packages that will help to improve your productivity as a recruiter whether in-house or agency and they have a Free edition that allows the user to have 1 job posting with open status. The pricing is standard and offers different modules for a premium fee.

What differentiates Zoho Recruit from other similar products?
Offers an immersive dashboard for inputting and monitoring ongoing social activity. I can see what job candidates are posting on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate the amount of information Zoho Recruit puts onto one screen. I definitely find myself clicking around less on Zoho's system than on the other platforms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoho Recruit doesn't allow to drag and drop fields into the dashboard widget. I had to go into the customization options and set it up manually.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The best part into buying the Zoho ecosystem is integrating Zoho Recruit's applicant management tools with Zoho People's performance management system to track the life of your company's relationship with candidates.

What differentiates Zoho Recruit from other similar products?
The ''integrate with your inbox'' feature allows me to seamlessly integrate my email address with Zoho Recruit and receive and send all the emails from Zoho Recruit itself.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Managing job ads, candidates, and application forms from a single user-friendly and intuitive interface. Formatting dozens of resumes in just a few seconds.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They could be more proactive and fast with their replies. Sometimes its annoying and stressful to wait for a few hours when I really need help from the support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
What is great about switching to Zoho Recruit is that you will never be confused and overwhelmed when using it. Navigation through the software is straightforward and information is presented in a scannable manner to save time spent per tab.
