What I like about Zoho Projects is that it gives you solid project management tools without the high price tag of some other options. It’s also highly customizable, so you’re not locked into a one-size-fits-all setup—you can tailor it to fit different types of projects. Another big plus is how well it integrates with other Zoho apps, making it easy to connect everything if you’re already using their ecosystem.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoho Projects is the collaboration it enables. We use it with both employees and contractors, and it does a great job of keeping everyone on the same page. It’s especially useful for tracking project updates, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. On top of that, it’s been invaluable for bug tracking and defect management, helping us stay organized and on top of issues as they come up.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Zoho Projects is the lack of granularity when it comes to assigning resources to tasks. When you're working with multiple resources on a task or dealing with someone who’s multitasking and only allocating a specific number of hours per day, it feels like there’s no good way to manage that within the platform. I’d love to see Zoho improve this aspect to better meet the needs of today’s work environment, where resource allocation and time slicing are more common.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend starting with the trial to get a feel for Zoho Projects. Watch the helpful tutorial videos—other tools offer great ones too, some even better than Zoho’s. Familiarize yourself with the hierarchy of Project -> Milestone -> Task List -> Tasks -> Subtasks; it takes a bit to adjust but is powerful for organization. Zoho Projects provides basic reporting, but for full reporting capabilities, check out Zoho Analytics—it’s a great tool for diving deeper into data and creating custom reports.

I’d suggest trying out Zoho Projects with a free trial to see if its features fit what you’re looking for. Keep in mind that it might take some time to get used to its busy interface and many options.

Zoho delivers worlds class solutions to solve the all critical business problems, zoho project is also one of the solutions which delivers greatly in terms of performance and stability. along with project management we can also manage resource and it gives many ways to uniquely and precisely distribute the task among the all available resource for the project. we can even discuss on the tickets assign to resources and make the right decisions. zoho projects is one of the best project management platform i have used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the favorite part was the document management and ability to mark and update the billing resources for the particular project which directly sync with the different clients part of the project. the user experience is really modern and it is fast & stable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

everything works well enough, one can find it difficult at the time of configuration. the third party integrations is possible but they are certainly have some limitations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

highly recommended product from the zoho. i would highly recommend this if you are already using the other zoho product then it would be great.
