What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ZohoProjects provides the opportunity to create, develop and manage projects adapted to our requirements, thus improving our productivity. It makes timely corrections of errors possible, giving our company flexibility and confidence. Provides all the required information on project scheduling in Gantt charts. Improve collaboration across the organization with integration with the other Zoho tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This platform has made it very easy to develop projects, although I consider it necessary to improve the mobile application by adding more functions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend using this platform for all the potential it brings to develop projects. Provides optimal management from start to finish of our projects.

This software is ideal for collaborating and closely monitoring the planning of projects in the company, its simple interface has made it possible to adapt to it in a very short time, investing that time in applying the plans and planned tasks. In addition, the module for tracking bugs or incidents helped us to quickly correct the errors produced in the process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho Project has time tracking and billing with it you can channel the flow of a project and easily identify how long it will take us to do the task, you can also access the error tracking which was used to be able to accurately analyze the cycle of life of an error and define a structure to organize how the error has to be treated with the resources that are owned. In addition, the program comes integrated with zoho office to quickly create the documents to use or otherwise load files of any other type that is needed (Microsoft Office, Autocad, Open Office, Zip among others).

What do you dislike most about this product?

The data storage within the program has a rigid and little customizable structure, in addition to this, it does not allow to carry the expenses by date that occurred in the project, which becomes a limitation when it comes to sectioning the expense accounting of a project, outside from this I got no other problems on the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Projects has a great ability to integrate with programs belonging to the Zoho product range as well as other programs that are not from the same vendor. It also has interesting features such as error tracking and time tracking which are essential when carrying out a project, next to this, its deficiencies are very small, which makes it highly recommended.

ZohoProjects allows you to have a complete overview of the projects that we develop in our company in a single control panel. The ease with which projects can be created and tasks assigned, make the organizational process very simple, favoring the simplification of working methods. Regarding collaborative work, all work teams can have timely access to current project information, which allows improving and maintaining effective project management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a nice and dynamic control panel, which is very easy to use. It allows establishing effective project planning, with the establishment of milestones and time periods for each task. Provides very comprehensive reports with integration with Zoho Reports. You have the option of exporting the charts to PDF or printing them directly. Allows the entire team to share files within a project, providing a fluid collaborative work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This is a very efficient platform to plan projects in an organization, although sometimes its operation is not very slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend the implementation of this platform, due to the wide variety of advantages it offers. Allowing to manage projects in an agile, dynamic and collaborative way. This greatly favors the organization and planning of projects in a simple way.
