What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It was really tough to manage our team and their reporting and tasks before to using Zoho Projects in our organization. But once we take it and apply it, I am delighted to use it. The primary elements that I enjoy about Zoho Projects are how effective it is at managing, executing, and collaborating on projects, as well as how we were able to expand our team by using Zoho Projects features and capabilities while working on our project. We may also add clients to the client platform to involve them in the project we're working on together, as well as limit and filter the information we provide with them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When compared to the web version, the mobile app is a little slow. All of the features are excellent and up to par. To add new users, such as clients, the flow must be understood. It took some time for our clients to comprehend and accept what we were saying.

I would recommend it to small and mid-sized businesses for organizing team tasks and reporting because it is highly cost-effective and the services given are excellent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In the past, it was quite difficult to keep track of our team's reports, tasks, etc. Even if it is not my own, I am pleased to utilize yours if you want me to do so. As a result of adopting Zoho Projects, our team has grown significantly. Additionally, we may add clients to the client platform in order to get them involved in the project we are working on together, and we can limit and filter the information we share with them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I don't like about this tool is that I have to install the software before I can use it, and I can't use it from my mobile device.

I like this powerful tool because it allows me to plan, organize and keep track of my projects until they are closed. With Zoho Projects, I can break down my projects into tasks and subtasks. Other features of this project collaboration platform are Gantt charts, file management, time tracking, and billing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho Projects empowers you to be flexible, too, letting you scale as your team, business, and project size and intensity grow as you become more successful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Project is a highly recommended tool for managing large volumes of work. This tool keeps an automated control of the tasks that are shown, of the times and automatically generates reports of them. You also have the option to comment and share documents among the participants.
