This application does not limit the projects you are working on, which means you can switch to another project without any hassle. This software is expert in billing and tracking the hours you are working on a project through which you can track your tasks on regular basis. Additionally, it gives you a great customer support with very less chance of downtime even though it is an online software which makes the team work even faster.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is one of the most comprehensive project managers which has a feature of task management, customized dashboard, automation, time management, team collaboration and communication, charts and reports to timeline your project, integrations, files importing and add-on optioning. Communication is an essential feature of this software, which increases the team productivity as it let the team members share their knowledge and ideas on project making them work efficiently and fast. It provides a very good project planning by using charts and create a proper timeline.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The dashboard designing of Zoho Projects is very poor because it does not support any alphabetical arrangement, and there is not even search bar from where you can search your project, due to this you have to go find the projects and tasks manually and lastly it is not user-friendly as it needs a bit of training to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an amazing software which provides our team and organization the necessary tools and remains always updated for the admin to track the team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- A lot of features, there won't be any use case or feature that you won't find in the software. - Out of the box i18n support, helping team members from different geo-regions to easily collaborate. - Great integrations with other features in a company-wide ecosystem with Zoho's other tools like payroll, hr, leave tracker, etc. - New features in every release ensures a delightful customer experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

- Many bugs all over the application, which are ever-persisting, should release frequent patches to fix those. - Costing could be improved.

Nice product with a wide range of features, check once with the team about your needs and go ahead.

Zoho Projects is characterized by the ability to track progress and accurately measure completion rates, which keeps you fully aware of the remaining periods and the nature of the work that must be completed within specific dates. The feature of group tracking of tasks, is very useful, as all the work team through the use of Zoho Projects, will be able to share updates, ask for help, view achievements and challenges as well, and share them with the rest of the work team, which contributes to keeping all members in constant contact with updates and keep them informed of the dates Delivery for various activities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best thing about Zoho Projects is that we can easily track our work progress, stay informed of the remaining durations of any task in progress, schedule remaining tasks, and issue daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules for the activities expected to be completed during those periods thanks to its unique and interactive user interface. It's also done in a collaborative manner, with all team members sharing updates. It's provide a system of notifications that works accurately, and also provides a variety of reports that can be issued to display the work plan or know the percentages of completion and also know the delayed activities..etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to mention, as I did not encounter technical problems during use, and the subscription prices are very reasonable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it, Zoho Projects a great low-cost tool that provides many services covering all project disciplines and keeps all team members in constant contact with all project events, which enhances their ability to take the right decisions at the right time.
