What differentiates Zoho Projects from other similar products?

The user experience of this tool is super easy, Excellent user interface and they have provided all the features which are required for project management. I found all the features I was looking for

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite part of this tool is that I can create a link for my client to report issues without adding them as a client user to the portal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As such there is nothing which I don't like about this software. It solves all the purposes of managing a project efficiently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I am sure it would help you to manage your projects more efficiently.

What differentiates Zoho Projects from other similar products?

The ease of use is awesome in Zoho projects. I love how we can highlight sections of the plan. It’s nice that you simply can have multiple projects going at once and simply go between them. I favor the fact that the coaching provided was easily understood by all levels of users. The updates that they have placed in are nice and haven’t introduced any bugs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Many options within the product become very helpful as you become experienced with the product. With numerous views of the projects, it is great for all different types of users. The Gantt view is an amazing and extremely useful summary of the tasks and dates. I additionally find the dashboard very useful when needing a high-level overview of the project and one thing to share with different stakeholders.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Most of all, we’re all missing mobile apps. My team consists of a few more managers, and as we all know, managers are so often on meetings, traveling, and versatile and available 24/7. The mobile app would be a vital improvement and it might create more managers as well with their groups to start out using Zoho Projects software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I powerfully encourage everyone with a project to use this package if you’re facing drawbacks concerning project management.

What differentiates Zoho Projects from other similar products?

It's a really handy project management software. Its user interface and dashboard are quite engaging. Milestones are readily defined and tracked during their completion duration. Generally, this is the multi-purpose software that really can handle a variety of jobs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho Projects is ideal for businesses who wish to consider project management a cooperative product instead of PM-managed one. My general interaction with Zoho projects has been positive; it works well when supported by the appropriate tools. We had done several upgrades and customizations to Zoho projects over the last 3 years, and now they have served us well

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho projects are difficult to personalize. Its versatility is extremely confined to specific jobs. It is effective in managing projects, but somehow it fails to create a channel of communication among individuals.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I definitely especially propose Zoho Projects to everyone in order to create a really effective project management monitoring system.
