What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?
You can access some features in free version while the paid one is also very cheap starting with 3$ per month which is the lowest rate amongst other tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The price is low as compare to other virtual meeting platforms. It's an easy-to-use tool. In addition, users can hold interactive webinars with audio/video, screen sharing, polls, and recording. The video and audio quality are excellent. Their customer service is outstanding.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Participants limit is 100 so that it is not suitable for larger gatherings. It requires a good internet connection so not recommended for remote areas. Video sometime freezes while the audio continues working. It is a great difficulty. The shared file is downloadable. There is no restriction in downloading the file.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is recommended for small and medium businesses. Not for big business as it has some issues with video quality.

What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?
I work in a big company and since the pandemic our company have been switching and shifting for a good solution for online communication. We switched from Microsoft to Google and then finally to Zoho meetings. Our company have their one complete package and hey let’s face it, it is so easy to use. All employs learned to use it very fast and we are all on the same page on it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very easy to synchronize it with all of our existing online platforms like Google workspace and calendars. The whole process of shifting to zoho was easy and all of its credit goes to their help and support team. They guided us through all the processes and helped us in each and every process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform itself is great to integrate but it is not as easy as it sounds to get used to it. It surely does have its technical limitations. So, it would be great if you knew your workflow beforehand to avoid inconvenience which we had faced with the passage of time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I have used it and I surely recommend it but under some certain scenarios; you should know what you are getting yourself. You should plan your workflow and know its technical limitations as well. Other than that, this is a good purchase that will not be so heavy on your pocket and it will give you lots of benefits as well.
