What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?
With this tool you will have secure any type of online meeting with real-time audio video and screen sharing, allowing attendees to speak, copy a unique link, edit any meeting and adjust any type of organization using it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like this tool because it is safe for any online meeting, helping people who can find new and successful ways of collaborating in their work environment, remotely and thus obtain better efficiency, solving simple and reliable online meetings for people, in any type of company, whether small, medium or large, with greater success
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not dislike this tool at all, because it is an excellent communication tool for any online meeting in real time and secure

I recommend this excellent tool for any person or company, they can hold their meetings online in a safe, simple and practical way, thus helping people to find new ways to collaborate and work remotely, obtaining the best results, allowing them to see your recordings immediately after the meetings, without waiting so long

Great on features and for internal communication

What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?
The first thing is the setup which is quick and easy to get done. The customization options are great compared to other market leaders in meeting platforms. If you are using other tools from Zoho family of solutions, this will be the right choice as it will save a lot of time in integration. Lastly, the screen sharing and recording features are great.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A host of features at a very low price is a USP of Zoho Meeting for us. Also, I have never witnessed Zoho crash between a meeting unlike few other platforms that are not efficient with all browsers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI can be improved . Also, the mobile application is good for basic meeting function but cannot be used to its full capability like the desktop version. Occasional lags but not sure if that was due to internet speed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In case you are looking for a host of features at a budget friendly price, Zoho Meeting is the right tool for you.

Easy third-party integrations and the robust backing of Zoho make it an ideal solution for businesses of all sizes. Its also possible to lock our video meetings to keep all details secure and safe.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows us to set up meetings quickly and efficiently with just a few clicks and there are no caps on meetings times or numbers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Calendar invitations need to be improved. Something that also bother users is the recording quality which can be hit-or-miss.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Meeting offers impressive audio and video conferencing features that allow you to customize your background, share screen, attend meetings from your desktop and more.
