Connections could be faster and more reliable. Our team is around the world, and there are issues in the States as well as abroad.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Suite is helpful to our worldwide staff.

Easy to integrate with other Zoho products and applications. File and document upload is a great feature. High quality videos and audios.

High bandwidth consumption. Buffering when using unstable internet connecction.

Easy to learn and use. Ease of customization to fit a users need. Desktop and screen sharing between users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Great virtual whiteboard. saves travelling time hence increasing production. File sharing and document sharing is a fantastic feature

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not easy to configure. Sometimes buffers when the bandwidth is unstable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A must tool for collaboration between users located differently.
