What differentiates Zoho Learn from other similar products?
The ease at which this software can be used. Also, it comes as an add on in ZOHO One plan and hence we can have a fully integrated system on ZOHO Learn.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I am able to differentiate between team level SOPs and company level SOPs with just the access and that is very important. Right now I can give individual level access which in many other software I have to do at team level.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are very limited editing capabilities which makes it quite rigid. So we have to edit it outside of ZOHO Learn and then add it here.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If there are too many cross functional SOPs, then you can use this software to give individual level access,. It will also be helpful if you are doing plain working and easy editing, but if you are looking for high content and creative, then there might be some roadblocks.

What differentiates Zoho Learn from other similar products?
Shared workspaces for capturing information and making it accessible at a common location. Faster search tools can search the entire knowledge base & club similar articles into groups. Wiki editor allows us to collaborate in real time with other contributors using comments. We can save reusable content as article templates for the future repurposing. Zoho Learn maintains multiple versions of articles & tracks the changes in logs available in the 'Activity Pane'.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Readymade templates are available for almost every topic. As a creator, this saves a lot of time and eliminates redundancies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We can't host live interactive sessions with the learners. Bulk user assignment to a course or space, is tricky. Useless auto recommendations. Recommended courses are mostly irrelevant. Course recommendations are not that intuitive; the algorithm needs some improvement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This could be a great start to organizing the learning space of your company.
