What differentiates Zoho Forms from other similar products?

To create dashboards and reports for business analytics, use Zoho Analytics. The best aspect is that all of these applications are highly connected, so you don't need to transfer data between them manually; everything takes place in the background automatically. All of these are inexpensive. Zoho One is a lifesaver for any start-up just getting started because I don't believe there is another bundle of applications at this price point.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With the free edition, you can construct simple forms with various response options, monitor the results, receive email and SMS notifications of responses, and export the results to CSV and PDF. In the paid version, you can improve your design using backgrounds, font styles, colors, and other elements. also an infinite variety of forms. The form may be sent through SMS, embedded on your website and social media, and you can stop receiving responses anytime. The type of reactions is enormous!

What do you dislike most about this product?

If we had to pick one thing to dislike about this product, it would be that when making the reports, we found it unclear that it was only a filter of the entire dataset and not a separate account we could save. We ultimately lost important information by establishing monthly reports, deleting the data from the form, and then discovering that the report's data was lost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho forms are simple, and numerous options and starter templates are accessible. Gives users a smooth experience. For an excellent price, it provides all the capabilities needed to develop forms. Ability to share templates with peers and navigation is simple enough for everyone. Moreover, data management is excellent because it allows for CSV or PDF downloads.

What differentiates Zoho Forms from other similar products?

Zoho forms is not a standalone product. It works with a tone of internal Zoho tools as well as numerous third party products. I use Zoho One, which includes Zoho Forms, for an awesome monthly price! I love the connectivity of all the Zoho products and love the ability to connect with other products outside the Zoho suite. Zoho forms allows me to collect data from user, generate leads for various real estate needs, create landing pages, squeeze pages and then have all this information synced with my CRM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The connectivity of the Zoho Forms to all the other Zoho products! Having a form is nice but having a form that can sync to a crm, create an esign form, send an email, create a social media post, etc. That is a tool you learn to lean on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish formulas could use other formulas for calculations, plus a little more customization on the template side.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get Zoho Forms along with the Zoho One Suite and you will never need another tool to run your business! Its the magic in a box type system. Perfect for any business!

What differentiates Zoho Forms from other similar products?

I appreciate how adaptable Zoho Forms is. I can set up the form to open a ticket in Zoho Desk or send an email to internal users. I can also alter the design to make it consistent with our business' brand guidelines.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy how quickly I can produce applications and intake forms for my customers and clients. They have all the required fields, including checkboxes, multiple-choice, and phone number. In addition, I can still contact customers while viewing partially saved forms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Using the more complicated fields required a steep learning curve, which was annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is entirely worthwhile. We use Zoho and are extremely pleased with its adaptability and usability. Every tool functions as intended, and if you watch a few training videos, you'll save time and money.
