Zoho Cliq wants users to: • Assign, follow up, and automate without switching platforms • Pull data from Zoho CRM or Projects straight into conversations • Use slash commands and bots to act directly from chat And, trust me, that's simply amazing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I genuinely liked was how automation is baked into everyday messaging. For instance, I set up a simple bot to remind me to check engagement stats every Friday... no extra tools needed. As a content writer, it also helped me log progress updates without switching tools, since everything connects nicely with Zoho Projects and Docs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As much as it's cool, it can also feel overwhelming when you first land in it. The interface isn’t as clean or intuitive as Slack or Google Chat, and if you’re not already using other Zoho tools, it feels like there’s too much going on... especially with bots, integrations, and settings all over the place.
