What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?
You won't find better email marketing tools than Zoho. In addition to the responsive design possibilities offered by Zoho, the platform also allows for the sending of personalized messages, which may be used to win over new and returning clients. It provides a number of customizable form templates that may be used for a variety of campaigns. It allows you to conduct split-tests to see which marketing strategy works best. Easy customization is provided through a variety of pre-made, user-friendly templates.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our issues with bulk email marketing, managing leads, and maintaining a client database have all been resolved thanks to this. It has helped save time by giving access to multiple pre-made email formats. It has been useful for sending out mass campaign-related messages to customers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The API Connections have a problem. There is a need for newsletter software with more robust features and simpler interfaces. It's cumbersome and slow. The campaign module and the customer relationship management system do not work well together. The vast majority of emails sent to customers end up in their spam folders.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Successful, content-rich campaigns were made easier with the help of Zoho Campaigns. The quickness with which campaigns may be scheduled, even at inconvenient times or with Do Not Disturb activated, is excellent.

The scope of features of the Zoho software is very broad. It covers marketing, Sales, Accounting which makes it very reliable and cost effective for businesses.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has various features with the accounting software which gives complete accounting statement of a business. This means small business can without accounting background.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not cost effective if you want to use most of their features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Zoho for the management of business since it fast, simple and easy to use. It also has broad features.
