My favorite aspects of this product is Affordable Pricing, Seamless Zoho Integration, Good Automation & Personalization, Compliance & Privacy Tools, Multi-Channel Marketing, Decent Email Template Library, Smart Send & AI Features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike their Limited Third-Party Integrations, Learning Curve, Occasional Deliverability Issues, Slower Customer Support, Fewer Advanced Features and Template Customization Can Be Limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend you to check with your IT infrastructure. And buy the best premium plan accordingly.
