What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?

What differentiates Zoho from other competitors is the price. The price is 3 time less then the competter of CRM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform itself because how well organized it is. It is easy to go from one place to another.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There was not nothing that I disliked about the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just try the free trial for 30 days and if you want another 30 more for free they will give it to you. Awesome customer service.

What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?

I've never used software that is problematic as this. I've had many situations where changes weren't saved after clicking on the save button several times. Even pressing the back button takes several clicks. It's just not smooth.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's fairly quick to figure out the basics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The glitches. The lack of responsiveness.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think about how much "extra" time you have to spend waiting for this thing to load or re-doing things because your changes weren't saved.
